“Brown Sugar” from their first album takes the cake for me. Honestly, I like the earlier, raw incarnation of ZZ Top the best, before they became somewhat (in my opinion) caricature-ish with their songs and stage act.
Gotta go with “Francine” on their Rio Grande Mud album. The first 6-7 studio albums are all on point.
