Ford produced approximately 650 Baja Broncos between 1971 and 1975. These were “limited production duplicates” of the Stroppe team vehicles that were successful racing the Baja 500 and 1000 in the early 70s. Baja Broncos were painted in the distinctive red, white and blue color scheme, and were extensively modified by the Stroppe shop in Long Beach, California, before being shipped to Ford dealers.
