PMGN: Auburn Weekend

This is a very bad week to play UGA.  After the ‘tale of two games’ vs. Alabama last week, the Dawgs are coming into Saturday with a ton of momentum, and reeling from a serious punch in the mouth.  I’d imagine that practice was rough this week.  I’d bet the team leaders are beating the hell out of their guys.  I doubt Kirby has his voice from all the hootin’ and hollerin’.

And lucky Auburn.  They get to feel UGA’s wrath in a nationally televised game.  I expect this will be a statement game for UGA, especially with what’s coming in the next few weeks.  No more taking it easy.  No more ‘limited’ playbooks.  Anyone who steps onto the field with the Dawgs is attending their own funeral, so let’s dress the part:

1. Old School G Hat:  I like the ‘off’ UGA hats – the homemade options that you can’t find anywhere except Etsy.  The old-school G has a nice look to it.
2. Peter Millar Black Polo w/ Helmet:  The only acceptable black polo.  Our friends at Dick Fergusons doing it right.
3. Sateen Cotton 5-Pocket Pants:  Grey 5-pockets from Peter Millar.  You know them, you love them.
4. Black Oakley Frogskin Sunglasses:  Easily lost downtown after the beatdown.  You probably lost your first pair back in ’98 at Boar’s Head.
5. Black ‘G’ Embroidered Belt:  Simple.  Understated.  Easy.
6. Saucony Jazz ’81 Running Shoes:  I’m not a huge fan of the red, but it works here.  Good beaters for a long day of tailgating, whipping a tiger/war eagle, then downtown.  Comfort is key.
