I hate posts like this. John Rich of Oakleaf & Acorn passed away unexpectedly yesterday. He was a great man and a dear friend. The community has really responded. This morning, my friend Micah of The Old Try called with an idea…he wanted to put together a print that would not only be a great representation of John and his life, but also be able to help out the family. This is what he came up with:
These are available for pre-order right now…Micah is going to print as many as are purchased (plus a few more), and is donating all the profits to the Rich family.

Holy cow. So sad. Bought my first Billykirk bag from John; he was incredible to work with. Prayers to his family… now off to buy something in support.
The original IG post by his wife said the online shop was done and there would be no memorial service. I understand her pain, but would hope that we could honor John in some way, that some friends could help her ship items and run fulfillment on the site. I would be happy too.
