As a lifelong Braves fan, I couldn’t be more excited for Chipper Jones. As a young kid, it was Dale Murphy, but as I got into my little league through high school/legion ball with my dad and brother, it was all Chipper Jones. The best Brave. The best switch hitter of all time. He played hard, and left it all on the field. Chipper stayed with the Braves his entire career, and will head into Cooperstown wearing the ‘A’ on his hat. I couldn’t be more proud, and can’t wait to tell my son all about him.
