This week, the PGA Tour makes it annual stop at Bay Hill for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. It is a beautiful course, and is quite challenging.
Anyone that has followed golf for more than five minutes is aware of Arnold Palmer, and the impact he made on the sport. He brought the sport of golf out of the Country Clubs to everyone – without his influence, the sport of golf wouldn’t be what it is today.
He is also credited for introducing a liquid treasure that bears his name: the Arnold Palmer.
The recipe is simple: half unsweet tea and half lemonade. While most Southerners prefer their tea sweetened, it is well worth stocking the unsweetened version for this concoction. It’s hard not to like this drink, as it’s hard not to like the man.
