I really like photography, and want to add a good point and shoot to my arsenal. Something I can carry with me all the time that takes excellent photos. After a conversation with a trusted friend, and some research, it has been added to the list, along with the leather case and strap… Wanted: the Fuji X10.
And I wouldn’t mind adding some leather ‘extras’ like the following:
You buy furniture. You tell yourself, this is the last sofa I will ever need in my life. Buy the sofa, then for a couple years you’re satisfied that no matter what goes wrong, at least you’ve got your sofa issue handled. Then the right set of dishes. Then the perfect bed. The drapes. The rug. Then you’re trapped in your lovely nest, and the things you used to own, now they own you.
Hey, digital rev on youtube cracked this camera because the focus is too slow. However the colors are aweme and it looks sick. I would go for the new retro lookig olympus http://www.gadgetbox.msnbc.msn.com/technology/gadgetbox/olympus-om-d-em-5-review-compact-camera-serious-photographers-739811 and hereby i end my unsollited advice. Enjoy shooting
Trusted friend here! I have and also love this strap, for anyone else in the market. http://store.apolisglobal.com/accessories/transit-issue-camera-strap/#tan
While this is an awesome camera, I don’t think that it still basically falls into the same category as a DSLR in terms of bulkiness. This isn’t something you can throw into your pocket.
I just got the Leica V-LUX 40 and it’s wonderful! It has a great burst rate and 20x zoom. And you can’t beat Leica lens quality.
