2023 Masters Merch Roundup

One of the many highlights of The Masters is all the merchandise.  That yellow logo is internationally iconic, and highly sought after by patrons, eBay sellers, and the like.  Masters merchandise has evolved over the years.  I remember when it was a smaller, much more focused collection that leaned towards traditional.  Today, the collection keeps one foot in the traditional pool but offers some trendy items.

I’m always anxious to see what’s available, so here we go.  I have to thank my Red Clay Soldiers who braved the crowds and snapped a few pictures for us.  These should give you a really good idea of what is going on. There are a lot of images, so please enjoy.

Two more things:
1. What did you think of the Merchandise?  Leave a comment below.
2. What did you get?  Let’s see your loot!  Email me a picture of your goods and I’ll post it below.  JRS at redclaysoul dot com

Had some very cool new hat designs. Almost got two of them but knew I wouldn’t wear them and put them back.

    Purchases:
    1. 2023 Tervis (Dated Tervis is a must buy every time I get to go)
    2. Garden Flag
    3. Mini Gnome
    4. Dated Hat for Myself and the Little Guy
    5. Kids Hoodie.

Kept it pretty tame. Was going to get a Christmas Ornament but did not care for them.

Impressive merch store this year, although I didn’t see any all-cotton polos, but maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough. This was my first in-person Masters since Tiger Woods joined the PGA. I picked up a dated Masters cotton hat and a dated Tervis. Kept it simple. The grounds looked beautiful and everyone from patrons to employees were very gracious. Unfortunately, I think today or Thursday is the last of the sunny spring weather, but hey, a rainy day at Augusta is better than a sunny day most other places. I can’t recommend practice rounds enough- if you have the opportunity, take it!

That’s an impressive “photo dump”. I like how all the merch is packaged as Master’s despite who the actual vendor might be (i.e. Smather’s & Branson, Imperial, etc…). I think you need to go in with a game-plan on what you want to buy or things could get way out of control….in a good way!

    Thanks for the post!

Love these photos, thanks for sharing. Is there a way to try anything on to check sizing?

There are fitting rooms if you have that kind of time haha. It’s usually a check your sizes before you leave thr house scenario.

Appreciate the post! Really helps me as a non attendee sharing with those that I know going what to grab for me 🙂

    Awesome photos.

Maybe I’m too traditional, but having the Masters branding on t-shirts seems so tacky.

I got a few nice shirts to me the masters tech brand is just as good as a Peter millar brand. The Smithers and Branson key fob is nice.

Got in the shop early Wednesday morning. Overall stock was good, but the Peter Millar collection was already out of large sizes on a couple of shirts, and xl’s were also out on a few select PM pullovers. As a first timer the shop was overwhelming and I forgot several items mainly due to not seeing them. Regardless, one of the coolest places I’ve ever seen.

Pro tip, write out all your needs on a notecard next time. Been doing that for the past few years and has worked out well. That shop is the highest level of anxiety anyone can feel.

Masters bag chairs are the biggest flex at the ball field/events once you’re back in town.

These are always great posts. I look forward to them every year.

The earlier you can get this out the better for the rookie attendee.

Maybe RCS Swag for some practice round foot soldiers taking pics on Mon & Tues next year? It would be invaluable for the dude having his buddy picking stuff up in Augusta.

That way….you can order by number, like that drive thru menu at COOKOUT at 3am.
