Years and years ago I went to shoot clays with my buddy Kurt. It was a good day, we had a blast. He brought his dads old Cabela’s duck camo backpack as his cart bag, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. In fact, I’ve found and bought a couple on Ebay, and use them pretty frequently. Out of habit, I always check to see what’s available.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago…I searched Ebay for ‘cabelas camo backpack and this beauty popped up, and at a somewhat reasonable price WITH ‘or best offer’ as an option. What I noticed about this bag was the condition. The leather patches look perfect, and there is no discoloration on the fabric or the seams.
I made a low offer on the bag ($35) and they accepted it within five minutes. Disco.
I opened it after delivery and I’m happy to report that this thing is brand new. Never used. Incredible. Needless to say I’m stoked. Here is some eye candy:
