I don’t care what the weatherman says. Any time UGA plays in Columbia, it’s a million degrees outside. With no wind, and the lingering smell of a live bait shop. They don’t call Columbia the armpit of I-20 for nothing.
This should be an easy win for the Dawgs, so for those of you going, dress cool. There’s a fine line between ‘Shopping Mall Tech’ and doing it right. Be careful not to look like a JV coach or a Gamecock fan. Here’s how to do it right:
From top left:
1. Goodr Mach 3 Sunglasses: These have become all the rage, and for good reason. A pair of polarized sunglasses for $35. I call that ‘risk management’, and this is an away game. Plan accordingly.
2. ‘Elite’ Hat from Buckhead Brim Co.: After last weekend, UGA is the only elite team in all the land.
3. Classic ‘G’ Polo from Peter Millar for Dick Fergusons: The majority of the UGA section will ask where you got it…everyone loves custom.
4. Smathers X Miller Brothers WSP Polo: Because you know that’s what you’ll be listening to going both east and west on I-20. Preferably the Mikey years.
5. True Linkswear All Day Knit IIs: Super light and super comfortable. A great option when walking on the surface of the sun.
4. Lululemon 7″ Commission Shorts: The best tech shorts on the market. They’ll keep you cool and let your knees breathe.

Overconfidence and snobbery can bite you in the butt. Ask this Aggie yell leader:

That was pretty cringe.
Them Dawgs will also bite you in the butt
Unless you’re Bevo.
Wow those true sneaks look great!
I just can’t get on board with the True knit sneakers. They look like grandma mall walkers to me.
I pulled the trigger on them earlier this summer. Super comfortable and I’ve gotten compliments on them several times out on the course.
