Getting into fly fishing taught me a couple things. Besides patience, appreciation, and joy, fly fishing has taught me that I’m going to own a ton of flies. A ton. As it is right now, I’m looking to get into three distinct types of fly fishing: bass/freshwater, redfish/saltwater, and trout. I’ve started collecting quite few flies/streamers/poppers for each type, and I need a place to store them.
I elected to get these Plano 3740s for storage. I like that I can customize the inside, and that they have double hinged latches. To distinguish what’s what, I added a little flair with these Pesca Muerta stickers: Bass, Redfish, and Trout. This way, when I travel, I can bring the appropriate case, and fill my fishing cases as appropriate. Pretty slick:
