The ducks are making their way South…and it can’t come soon enough. We’re heading to Missouri for the first week in November, with high expectations of big bird numbers and fast limits. One of the rules at our place is to bring your own knife!
After each hunt, we do the normal picture with all the ducks, then we get to breasting. It’s key to have the right, sharp knife. I’ve been using the Williams Bird Hunter for a while, and am very happy with it. It’s a super sharp blade, with just the right design to preserve as much meat as possible. It cleans up easily and travels well.

Currently hunting deer and training bird dogs in SC. Headed to Kansas to chase pheasants and quail in less than a month!

Headed out to Kansas soon to duck hunt, then back to Arkansas and Texas for deer and more ducks.
I love to hunt squirrel and white tail deer. I’d be open for more but limited to only a few places to go.
